Overseas Sales and Rentals

I live in Cornwall with my husband Mark and have 2 daughters in University. I have gained extensive experience whilst working as a property advisor/agent for a major company in Spain and my rental business has stemmed from selling property to clients/friends who have bought for personal and investment purposes.

The rental business is run from the UK up to the day you travel when our business partners in Spain and Barbados take over, handling all aspects including transfers from the airport, preparing the property for your comfort, supplying welcome packs and anything else you might require such as children’s equipment etc. Nothing is too much trouble for them. If you have a special occasion while on holiday let us know and the property can be prepared for birthdays, anniversaries etc.

I have personally visited 99% of all the properties I promote to enable me to be sure they are of a good standard. You save hard for your holidays and we want to make sure you have a great time.
